François Lévy
Born October 12, 1940 in Troyes, Aube. Studies at Troyes high school.
Industrialist and “evening and Sunday painter” from 1960 to 1990.
He began his career as a full-time painter in 1991, in his Parisian studio. Since 1994, in love with the countryside and horses, he has lived and painted in a sports horse stud in the heart of Burgundy in Semur-en-Auxois.
Burgundy and the Haras are the main sources of inspiration for the painter.
